Reporting & Claim Submission
In the event of you suffering a loss which may constitute a claim, engage the services of Jim Molloy & Associates who will carry out a comprehensive inspection of the damaged area or property and provide immediate advice on cover and entitlements under your policy.
If you, (the Insured) wishes to engage the services of Jim Molloy & Associates and on completion of a mandate, We will compile a professional and detailed report including photographic evidence, noting the damage and the cause of the damage.
We will report the claim to your Insurance Company and will thereafter engage on your behalf with the Insurance Company and/ or their appointed representatives.
In addition, we will advise you (the client) with regard to your entitlement to carry out any immediate necessary repairs to mitigate their loss without compromising their claim.
As your appointed Assessor, we will undertake to arrange and meet with your Insurance Company’s appointed representative and loss adjuster at your property and agree a comprehensive scope of repairs works.
A detailed Bill of Quantities for the building works and a detailed list of damaged contents/stock etc will be prepared and forwarded to your Insurance Company on your behalf.

Negotiation & Settlement
Following the submission of your claim to Insurers, we will undertake all settlement negotiations/correspondence on your behalf and will ensure that you achieve the best possible settlement in a timely manner. We will keep you updated on the progress of your claim. We will not accept any settlement offer without your approval.
